Do I receive a report after a visit?
Home Watch includes property photos and a digital inspection report. Documentation is also included in our higher-level property-care packages.
Can you let a contractor into my property?
Contractor access and coordination are available through Property Concierge and Full Property Care.
Can I request extra visits?
Yes. Additional Home Watch visits are available for $59–$79, depending on the visit requirements.
Is maintenance work included in the monthly fee?
Coordination and minor maintenance assistance may be included depending on the package. Maintenance work, materials and major projects are quoted separately.
What happens if you find a problem during a visit?
We document the issue and contact you promptly. With your authorization, we can also help coordinate the appropriate local contractor or service provider.
Do you keep keys or access codes?
When property access is required, key and access arrangements are agreed with you in advance and handled only for the services you authorize.
Can you check my property after severe weather?
Yes. Extra visits can be requested after major storms, heavy snowfall or other events when you would like an additional check of the property.
Can you customize the inspection for my property?
Yes. Every property is different. We can discuss specific areas, systems or concerns you would like included in your scheduled visits.
How quickly will I hear from you if something is wrong?
If we identify a concern that needs your attention, we contact you as soon as practical and provide photos or other documentation when appropriate.
Will House Watch satisfy my insurance requirements?
Insurance requirements vary by insurer and policy. Our scheduled visits and documented reports can help you maintain a record of property checks, but you should confirm the required inspection frequency and conditions directly with your insurance provider.
